Product Description
Extruder
Twin screw extruder is equipped with two vacuum ports to realize
vacuum dehumidification, instead of installing dryer in traditional
production process.
The molten particles establish a stable pressure through the
metering pump, and then enter the filter to be filtered. The latest
process requires the polyester to adopt a disc filter screen, which
is conducive to the melt staying in the filter for as long as
possible during the process of passing through the filter, so as to
enhance the consistency of the melt. The heating of the filter
should be very uniform to avoid so-called hot spots. To achieve
this effect, use hot oil heating.
The production of biaxially oriented polyester film requires stable
extrusion quantity of extruder, small fluctuation range of outlet
pressure, no overheating and degradation of melt, so as to achieve
high quality of film products. This requires uniform extrusion,
melt temperature and plasticization, elimination of bubbles, no
pulsation of material flow and low power consumption.
