Extraction tank is the earliest and still widely used extraction
equipment with mature technology. It is a kind of step-by-step
contact extraction equipment which realizes two-phase separation by
gravity. It is mainly composed of mixing chamber and clarifying
chamber. The raw material liquid and extractant first enter the
mixing chamber through their respective feed ports, and then mix
and transfer mass through agitator, and then enter the
clarification chamber through overflow baffle to realize natural
separation by gravity. At last, they enter different outlets to
complete the extraction process. In the actual production, the
extraction tank is generally multi-stage series, and is equipped
with stripping section, washing section, regeneration section and
other sections.
