Extraction Efficiency
There are six sections of cleaning tanks in the extraction process.
The cleaning tanks are transited by scraping tanks. The solvent
between the tanks overflows. The new liquid enters from the last
tank. The flow direction of the new liquid is opposite to that of
the diaphragm. The first tank has a waste liquid outlet. The
overflow layer between the cleaning tanks is 30mm high.
The inner side of the cleaning tank is made of stainless steel
SUS316L, the outer frame is made of Q345, and the outer surface of
the tank is covered with insulation layer. The left and right sides
and the front and rear side plates of the tank body are evenly
distributed with stiffeners to ensure the overall rigidity of the
tank body. The top of the tank body is provided with a cover plate,
which includes operation and observation windows. There is a ladder
corresponding to the window in the tank, which is convenient for
personnel to enter and leave during equipment maintenance. The
laminated glass is used for the window glass to ensure safety.
The rollers in the cleaning tank are made of stainless steel
SUS316L, with a diameter of 210mm. The rollers are independently
driven by servo motors, and the two ends of the rollers are
mechanically sealed.
